Initial visits include a full assessment, so they cost a little more than follow-up visits. Every visit comes with an official receipt for your insurer.

How billing works
Most workplace and private extended health plans cover physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, chiropractic care and acupuncture. We bill many insurers directly, so you may only pay the part your plan does not cover.
For approved WSIB work injury claims and car accident claims, we bill the claim directly where applicable. Bring your claim number to your first visit and we will help with the paperwork.
You get an official receipt after every visit. Fees you pay yourself may also count toward the medical expense tax credit when you file your taxes.

An initial physiotherapy assessment costs $115 and each follow-up visit is $105. Pelvic floor physiotherapy starts at $150 for the initial assessment.

Yes. We bill most extended health insurance providers directly, and we bill approved WSIB and car accident claims directly where applicable.
The first visit is longer. Your practitioner takes a full history, assesses how you move and explains what is going on before you agree on a treatment plan. Follow-up visits focus on treatment and progress.
Massage therapy is a taxable service in Ontario, so HST is built into the price you see. Physiotherapy, chiropractic care and acupuncture from regulated practitioners are tax-exempt health services, so no HST is added.
You do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist in Ontario. Some insurance plans ask for a doctor note before they reimburse you, so check your plan before your first visit.
It depends on your condition, how long you have had it and your goals. Your practitioner gives you an estimate after your first assessment and reviews it as you progress.
Products are priced after your assessment and fitting because the right device depends on your needs. You get the price before anything is ordered.
